Profile of Candidate:
Atlantic Bridge is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to work across multiple Atlantic Bridge funds, supporting the firm’s Principals, portfolio managers and limited partners. The position offers a unique opportunity to an energetic and enthusiastic, high calibre investor relations professional with an understanding of venture capital funds and how they operate in the investment ecosystem.
The candidate will have prior experience in an investor relations role ideally in a venture capital fund or with a limited partner, be a self-starter and have the ability to work off their own initiative as well as being flexible and energetic with an outgoing personality capable of working in a cross-functional team. This role will also interact directly with Atlantic Bridge’s world class limited partners (LPs) from around the world.
Responsibilities will include supporting the team across all aspects of the investor relations function and corporate finance, including fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing materials for fundraising, cultivating new limited partner relationships and managing existing LP relationships.
- Supporting ongoing LP reporting cycles and documentation.
- Responding to investor queries regarding a wide range of matters related to fund due diligence.
- Working directly with the General Partners and other team members to develop and manage LP relationships.
- Preparation of due diligence materials including private placement memorandums, investor presentations, and data rooms.
- Experience in managing social media and website content.
- A keen Interest in technology and reporting on the progress of portfolio companies
Requirements:
- 3+ years relevant work experience such as fund evaluation for an institutional LP, investor relations at an alternative investment firm, collateral development at a fund placement agent, and/or corporate finance in investment banking.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical and financial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an exceptional analytical ability.
- Direct experience in fundraising for alternative investments from institutional LPs preferred.

Profile of Candidate:
The candidate will be a high calibre experienced investment professional having investment experience and must have an interest or relevant experience in innovation and technology. The candidate must have the ability to work off their own initiative as well as being flexible and energetic with an outgoing personality and capable of working as part of a team.
The candidate may have worked in the technology sector before transitioning to an investment role and be a self-starter. Responsibilities will include researching and evaluating investments and markets, help in due diligence, completing investment transactions and actively supporting portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working directly with the Partners, Investment Directors and other team members in identifying investment opportunities.
- Meeting with prospective portfolio companies whilst representing Atlantic Bridge in a professional manner.
- Attending investor demo days and other networking events to meet with prospective companies and generate deal flow.
- Assessing suitability of companies for investment through market research, competitor analysis, and analysis of company business plans.
- Building financial models of proposed investments.
- Writing investment memorandums for new and follow-on investments.
- Assisting in detailed financial, commercial and technical due diligence.
- Supporting portfolio companies where necessary.
- Ongoing knowledge of emerging business, technology M&A and funding trends in the technology sector and preparing research reports on same.
- Work with portfolio companies adding value and helping them scale to commercial success.
Requirements:
- 2+ years investment experience, preferably with a venture capital fund.
- Familiarity with venture capital financing structures and practices.
- Excellent networker with ability to identify investment opportunities and generate deal flow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an exceptional analytical ability.
- Be a self-starter and a good team player.
