Kevin is Managing Partner at Atlantic Bridge and has 30 years’ operating experience in the technology sector, including a total of 13 in Paris, London and Dublin as an executive in the software industry and five years in Silicon Valley. Kevin served as Vice President, Microsoft EMEA and helped grow the regional business from $500 million in 1991 to $9.5 billion in 2004. At Microsoft, Kevin was a member of Microsoft EMEA’s senior management team responsible for various roles in Finance, Operations, and Sales and Marketing including establishing the European Operations centre in Dublin. Kevin is a frequent industry speaker and was ICT Ireland Industry Person of the Year in 2001 and elected a fellow of the Irish Management Institute in 2000. He holds various degrees in Business, Finance, Taxation & Law and is an Attorney at Law, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Investment Manager.

Osman is a serial technology and media entrepreneur best known as the founder and CEO of 3Dlabs - at one time one of the fastest growing NASDAQ companies in Silicon Valley. 3Dlabs is a fabless chip company whose products were used in the making of films like the Titanic and The Matrix and helped pioneer the 3D graphics revolution on the PC. Osman is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in the UK, has a First Class degree in Computer Science and Electronics Engineering from University of Birmingham (UK) and is the inventor of numerous patents in the field of computing and graphics.

Andrew is a Partner at Atlantic Bridge where he focuses on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. Andrew has helped lead investments into a number of Atlantic Bridge portfolio companies including Graphiant, Vectra.ai, Striim, Aizon, Elisity, Selector Software, Secondmind, and Logtrust (acquired by Insight Venture Partners).
Prior to joining Atlantic Bridge, Andrew was with Arma Partners in London as part of their M&A and Research practice, he started his career as a consultant with PWC and holds a MSc in Economics and Statistics from the University of London and a BSc in Business Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Conor joined Atlantic Bridge in 2014 where he focuses on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Atlantic Bridge in 2014, Conor began his career at Rocket Internet in Berlin within the marketing intelligence group providing operational support to new and early stage investee portfolio companies. Conor holds Undergraduate and Masters Engineering degrees from University College Dublin.

Gianmarco joined Atlantic Bridge in 2021 as an Investment Associate. He is based in London where he works on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments. Previously he was at Silverpeak, an investment banking boutique focusing on Tech M&A and fundraising transactions across Europe and UK. Gianmarco started his career in the PE & VC team of AtmosClear Investments, a Swiss impact investing fund. He holds an MSc. in Micro- and Nanotechnologies for Integrated Systems, jointly offered by Polytechnic of Turin, Grenoble INP, and EPFL.

Maeve joined Atlantic Bridge in 2016. Previously Maeve has worked at Goldman Sachs Dublin, Charles Schwab in San Francisco and supported our Managing Partner, Kevin Dillon, during his MD role at Microsoft European Operations Center in Dublin. Maeve has experience in Executive Assistant and Event Managements roles having worked in the International Labour Office in Geneva, European Commission in Brussels as well as time spent in London and San Francisco.
